Smart Valve

SMART VALVE’s patented Variable Flow Control process
eliminates water meter
inaccuracy and excessive water consumption.

Reduce Your Water Bill with SMART VALVE
Smart Design, Smart Money

The SMART VALVE was created to resolve the inefficiencies inherent in water delivery and consumption. The patented
and NSF certified process takes established principals of fluid dynamics and applies them in a new and financially
rewarding application.
Is there air in my water? Am I paying for it?

In the volume of water passing through your water meter, there is also a volume of air, and your water meter can’t tell the
difference! To measure water consumption, the most common water meters use a method known as Positive
Displacement. This method is not limited to water; it measures the total volume of both water and air.
How does the SMART VALVE work?

The SMART VALVE compresses air, eliminating its volume before it reaches the water meter so the meter no longer
measures it! You pay less for the same water usage!

The 2nd Generation SMART VALVE is externally adjustable for maximum performance every time! It fine tunes the
setting perfectly to your facility and has the ability to adjust to future system changes without ever having to turn off
your water again. No other product has this patent pending feature.
Does air still go through the Water Meter?

The SMART VALVE does NOT remove the air. It simply compresses the air before it reaches your meter. Once
compressed, the air flows through the meter undetected. After the air passes through the water meter and the valve,
it returns to its original state.
How reliable if the SMART VALVE?

The SMART VALVE’s only movement function is the compression of a spring and the associated opening and closing of a
gasket-less plunger and housing. The valve is made of Acetron GP and stainless steel. Acetron GP is self-lubricating and
has strength characteristics close to those of steel while still being flexible and impact absorbent.

The SMART VALVE comes with a 10-Year Manufacturers Warranty, however the valve should continue to work reliable for
much longer.

Smart Thermostats

What Is a Smart Thermostat?
Regular thermostats let you adjust the temperature in your home. It’s just a control panel for your heating and air conditioning system. Programmable thermostats let you set the temperature and have the thermostat change it based on the time of day. What makes most smart thermostats so “smart” is that they learn from your behaviours, allow you to control the climate in your home remotely, show you energy consumption in real-time, and can even adjust themselves based on ambient conditions like humidity.

24VThermostatFor example, you can tell them to shut off after you leave the house for work, and then spring back into action in just enough time to make the house nice and toasty (or cool and comfortable, depending on the season) by the time you to get home. Most smart thermostats show you how long it takes to make the change you’ve requested, so you can see how effective your climate control system really is, and it discourages people from turning a thermostat all the way down to try “cooling off the house faster” (which never works). Plus, you can manage many smart thermostats from your phone or a web app. From the remote interface, you can always see how much you’re spending on heating or cooling costs, tweak the programming to you save money, and see the results immediately.

3 Litre Flush Toilets

Product OverviewToilet Specs
Our innovative and stylish Ultra-High-Efficiency Toilet goes a step beyond standard water-saving toilets with a 0.8 gallon per flush (GPF) flush rate. This product has truly revolutionized the toilet market with its low-profile body, breakthrough patented hydraulic technology, and the quietest flush on the planet. By harnessing the energy of water filling the tank, it uses a patented air transfer system to pressurize the bowl’s tramway.Once activated by pressing the flush button, the swift, powerful and quiet flush evacuates all waste in the bowl, using just 0.8 (3 liters) of water. Offered in both round-front and elongated bowl models, and adaptable to fit a 12’’ rough-in installation, it easily replaces existing toilets, lowering water usage and utility bills like no toilet ever has!

Induction Technology

The basic technology for induction lamps is not particularly new. Essentially, an induction lamp is an electrode less fluorescent. Without electrodes, the lamp relies on the fundamental principles of electromagnetic induction and gas discharge to create light. The elimination of filaments and electrodes results in a lamp of unmatched life. Lasting 100,000 hours, this system can outlast 100 incandescent, five HID, or five typical fluorescent lamp changes.

induction technology

Based on these well-known principles, light can be generated via a gas discharge through simple magnetism. Electromagnetic transformers, which consist of rings with metal coils, create an electromagnetic field around a glass tube which contains the gas, using a high frequency that is generated by an electronic ballast. The discharge path, induced by the coils, forms a closed loop causing acceleration of free electrons, which collide with mercury atoms and excite the electrons. As the excited electrons from these atoms fall back from this higher energy state to a lower stable level, they

emit ultraviolet radiation. The UV radiation created is converted to visible light as it passes through a phosphor coating on the surface of the tube. The unusual shape of an induction lamp maximizes the efficiency of the fields that are generated.

LED Technology

Statistics show that now more than ever, Americans are going green by adopting environmentally friendly routines. The emergence of hybrid automobiles, xeriscaping, and solar panels all help society move toward preserving vital natural resources. LED lighting has been proven to be cheaper, more energy-efficient, and safer than other alternative forms of lighting. Also known as LED lighting, this form of lighting has many benefits for the environment, as well as your home or business. Whether you choose battery powered LED lights or another type of LED fixture, here are some of the benefits.

LED Lights Reduce Atmospheric Pollutants

Billions of incandescent light bulbs crowd the landfills, leaking nuclear waste into the soil and atmosphere. Toxic chemicals, such as sulphur oxide and carbon dioxide, are emitted from used incandescent light bulbs and pollute the ecosystem. By switching the bulbs in your home to LED lighting, you can save nearly one half ton of carbon dioxide waste from leaking out into the atmosphere. Not only are you helping to clean up the environment, but you can save a substantial amount of money on your energy bill as well.

LED Lights Save You Money

Studies have shown that the cost of electricity, mainly from using incandescent bulbs, uses up nearly 25% of the average home’s energy budget. Although you may pay more at the store for LED light bulbs, they will save you money through the years. By replacing just one incandescent bulb with an energy-saving LED light bulb, you can save over $50 on your yearly electricity bill. Think of the possible savings you could have by replacing your entire home’s lighting with LED lights.

LED Lights Work More Efficiently

LED lights use only one-third the energy that is required to operate traditional light bulbs. Experts predict that if every home in the US and Canada switched to using LED lighting fixtures, nearly 90 power plants that are currently in operation could retire. Currently, a number of power plants are in the pre-planning and early construction stages. Being able to actually stop the construction process and close existing power plants is an amazing feat.

LED Lights are Multi-Purpose

Not only are there LED bulbs for your standard lighting fixtures, but they have expanded to include other areas of your home and business lighting needs as well. If you love to decorate your home with holiday lights, consider purchasing the LED versions of your favourite outdoor lights. You will definitely see a difference in your electricity bill during the costly holiday season.

LED lights are also being introduced in flash lights and lanterns which make great camping accessories. They are also a perfect addition to your home emergency kit. You can be assured that the light bulb in your LED lighting accessory will last much longer than a traditional bulb, especially when you need them during a power outage or on a long camping trip.

Many people want to help save the environment and do their part to preserve the planet for future generations, but they simply aren’t sure how they can make an impact. Switching your lights to LED lighting fixtures is the perfect place to start. Not only is it easy to accomplish, but you are preserving a vital natural resource for your children.
